I finally had a chance to join in #journchat on Twitter last night. It is a conversation among journalists that takes place from 8 to 11 p.m. EST on Mondays in which @journchat, the moderator, introduces questions (some of which come from other chatters) for journalists of all concentrations to discuss.

Brian is the Editor in Chief of Central Michigan Life, CMU's award-winning campus newspaper, in charge of editorial content and managing cm-life.com, which he redesigned over the summer. He previously worked as senior football writer for two years, online editor, news editor and assistant sports editor.
Brian was named 2009 College Journalist of the Year by the Michigan Press Association.
He spent last summer at The Grand Rapids Press as a copy desk intern, and summer 2008 at The Saginaw News as a metro reporting intern.
